Auction Types

Live Only - Takes place in person, at a set time/date.
Online Only - Is an auction that happens online, just like ebay.
Online Pre-Auction - The online auction ends and that price is the minimum starting point for the live auction. If no one bids live, the online price wins.
Simulcast - Is an auction that usually starts online and ends during a Live auction that accepts bids from both Live and Online (web, cell, text, email) at the same time.
Reserve Auction - Price is accepted subject to owner confirmation.
Absolute Auction - Sold to highest bidder, regardless of price.
Minimum Bid - Bidding starts at a pre-determined price.

Condition of items sold

The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, estimated selling price of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse.

Manner of payment
